WHAT DOES SYNOLOGY NAS MEAN?

I have been looking in the Synology line of NAS drives, specifically the DS211. What I really like is that it operates rsync, so I'd personally be capable of do really good incremental backups employing DeltaCopy for Home windows and could do my backups above a secure link. Does anybody have any knowledge using Synology NAS drives for this function
